1. Service Description

B2B Essentials is a Shopify application provided by PixelEvolve AB that enables wholesale pricing, Net Terms, and B2B features for Shopify stores. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To use B2B Essentials, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Shopify store
  • Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Shopify account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with Shopify's Terms of Service
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Pricing and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer the following plans:

  • Free: $0/month - Core features with limited customers
  • Pro: $12/month - Full features for growing businesses
  • Unlimited: $29/month - Unlimited customers and priority support

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Free Trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days after the billing period ends

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Reverse engineer or copy the application
  • Resell or redistribute the service
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelEvolve AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using B2B Essentials, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

B2B Essentials and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PixelEvolve AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
